As part of the mortgage process, Crown will order an appraisal of the home to make sure the home’s value supports the purchase price.  An appraisal is an essential part of determining your loan-to-value (LTV) ratio, which will help determine whether you qualify. A credit report is also required to obtain a mortgage.
